I've been a customer for almost 20 years and this is the best repair shop I've encountered. My car has 180,000 miles on it thanks to their careful work. And . . . they never over or under repair, always just right. As a woman I am extremely grateful for a shop that I can trust completely due to their high levels of expertise and integrity. Easy Automotive is a great shop!! I have been bringing my 2001 GS300 Lexus here for many years and I am always totally satisfied with all the upkeep and repairs. They are very thorough and reasonable. If I have a question about what has been worked on in the past or what service I am looking at, all I have to do is call. They look up your account and communicate what is due at the time. Friendly and knowledgeable!!

Easy Automotive is the only place I know I can go and they aren't going to pressure me to do things I don't need. They tell me what is critical and what I can wait on which really helps my budget! I know I can trust them and will not go anywhere else..

Been bringing my 01 Xterra here for a while now. Honest and willing to do more. Burned through my front brakes after 6000 miles. They called the supplier and the parts were under warranty. Then they gave me the job at a 25% break. Plus free shuttle!

I lived in Marin 5 years ago and remembered using this guys from time to time. Yesterday they reaffirmed my recollection of being a good business. I had a headlight go out on my Mazda. I checked youtube, read the manual and had a good idea of what needed to be done, should be easy. I bought the bulb and in the 95 degree weather set out to change it myself. Well, it wasn't as easy as I thought. Now normally I would have kept trying, swore at the thing, cut myself, and wound up breaking the part. But I didn't have that kind of time. I called over to Easy and asked how long it would take. The woman who answered was nice and friendly and told me to come on over it would be quick. I drove over and in 15 minutes they had it done, and with no charge, which I didn't expect. Now the thing that made this so nice, and unbeknownst to them, was that I needed the light fixed so that I could drive to the hospital and pick up my sister and her 2 day old son and drive them home for the first time. I just wanted my car perfect. I was already running late, this is my first nephew and her first child, I just needed to get there. By simply being good people and good members of society they made my day just a little bit easier and allowed me to get to the hospital in plenty of time to get my family home. Thanks so much.

Great shop. I had my 06 Kia Rio worked on there, and wo';t go anywhere else. I referred the shop to my girlfriend, and she won't go anywhere else either. The shop is immaculate, and its good to see Mark and Debbie's smiling face when you walk in and the best part is the car is fixed right the first time every time, and they stand behind it..

Searching for a good (honest) mechanic is like searching for the perfect mate. Once you find this person, you never want to let go. I'm happy to report that I found my perfect mechanic over 10 years ago. Easy Automotive, located in the San Rafael burbs, has been servicing my cars for the past decade. I used to own a 96 Honda Accord, and because of Easy Automotive I was able to drive that car for 14 years and over 200,000 miles. The staff has always been super friendly. Mark has usually been my go-to guy. I'll drop my car off in the morning, and they'll usually have it ready for me by early afternoon. Their pricing is fair. But more importantly, I've never felt overcharged for their time or labor. A few other cool factoids about Easy Automotive: * They offer a free shuttle service to take you to and from the shop. * Not sure if they still honor this, but the old owner used to be a tennis player and would offer customers a 10% Tennis discount. It's now 2013, and I finally let go of my Honda (sniff sniff). I'm now the proud owner of a 2009 Toyota Yaris. I haven't needed any car repairs or maintenance as of yet (knock on wood). But if and when I do, Easy Automotive is on my speed-dial.

My (car related) life changed when my husband told me about Easy Automotive. Absolutely the best - super honest, ethical, extremely capable. Fabulous service. I forgo the "free" service from Toyota with my new RAV4 because it is worth it to go to Easy Auto, where i know they are actually doing the work, taking care of the car and looking out for me.

I got my oil change done today! They are fast, great customer service, checked my car and gave me some recommendations and estimate for everything. I was very satisfied with their service and definitely I will go back there when my car needs some work done! :)

The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; ESPECIALLY MARK! Mark is usually the first person I see when I walk through the doors and last person I see when I walk out, and since meeting him, I have yet to leave Easy Auto without a huge grin on my face! Besides providing superior customer service, Mark knows how to make a customer feel important and well taken care of. He gives you the sense that you're in good hands. He works thoroughly and efficiently, covering all the bases, yet manages to do so with a permanent smile on his face and great sense of humor. I've never had so much fun getting my car serviced. It's a great thing to be able to feel relaxed enough to do so. Having someone like Mark around makes it easy to be able to rely completely on the people servicing my car.
