Great place! I was worried about my brakes, and how much it would cost. I'm new to the area and really didn't know where to take my Xterra to have the brakes looked at and repaired. Being a single woman I've been worried that a place would take advantage of me etc. They took great care of me and my Xterra. The inspection cost was $20 less than an other place quoted me. And the overall cost was so reasonable, and I found them to be honest! Yeppie and a big thanks!!!

Got my oil changed here today. They had it done exactly when they said they would and for exactly how much they said it would cost when I dropped the car off. They noted some things that needed repair, which I was already aware of, without trying to pressure me into getting work done. These guys are honest and I will definitely be going back.

New to the area so used Yelp to find a reliable mechanic. I do most of the work on my truck myself but replacing a hub and axle seal is a little too much for me. Got the job quoted at a few places around San Rafael, the guys at Easy Automotive were competitively priced and didn't try to feed my a bunch of "you should also get this done while you're here" rubbish. They were extremely accommodating with my schedule and completed the job well within the time specified and the original quote they delivered. They suggested some other things that could be done to the truck down the road but didn't try to pressure me into needless repairs. I will definitely return, tough to find a mechanic that is trustworthy these days...

My car was delivered to the night drop off area by a tow truck driver on the 4th of July holiday. I got a call first thing in the morning, which was a good sign, but the entire day was booked. I was incredibly lucky that my car was checked out in-between appointments, and, to my relief, all it needed was a new key cut. It's not easy to find a mechanic you can trust, and I was grateful that he was honest, didn't charge me for any unnecessary work, and was reasonably priced.

These guys are the BEST! Super honest, great service. Today I brought in my Acura MDX because the navigation and radio were down, and the back panel of the passenger seat had a broken clip. It was a simple blown fuse that needed replacing, and the entire service cost less than $40. The Acura dealership quoted me about $240 just for the diagnostic on the same problem! Do not waste your time going anywhere else... Easy Automotive is the best!

I've been going to them since I bought a Honda in 1988. A few cars later I am still going because they are so trustworthy. Something hard to find in a car repair business these days. I'd never go anywhere else.

Just went here for the first time this week, and had a really good experience. The office staff were very capable, gave me realistic expectations on the time it would take to find out the problem, called around to find me a rental car, and arranged for me to pick up my car after hours. Repairs seem perfect.

They were quick and friendly, but I had kind of a disconcerting experience. After changing my oil they said that my threads were a bit stripped because someone over tightened it. He said they may be able to get a temporary plug that would fit, but that wasn't likely to work as an option. He said most likely we were going to have to replace the whole oil pan before too long, and that was going to cost several hundred dollars. I took it to my other guy, and he said he could get a longer plug that would reach up to the threads that hadn't been damaged by the shorter plug. It worked and I haven't had a problem since. I am glad I didn't listen to Easy Automotive's suggestion.
