I noticed a leak on the underside of my car recently and had to do an emergency tow to Easy Automotive. I spoke with Sam and he was extremely helpful. He was on-hand when I arrived with the tow truck. The intake was quick and easy and he made detailed notes of everything I said. He assured me that his technicians would investigate quickly. Sure enough he called me the next day and let me know what they found. The issue turned out to be nothing i.e. what I thought was a leak was actually the flow from the AC condensation. Given that no repairs were performed, Sam charged me only half the price for the investigation. Payment was easy over the phone. The other good thing is that Easy Automative has lockers for keys for safe after-hours pickup. Some other shops will leave your keys on the tire or some such, and that always makes me anxious. Easy Automotive was truly easy in all respects!

Excellent all around

My battery died and in the time it took for the insurance company to send out a tech to jump my car, I called Easy Automotive and scheduled an appointment to have my car inspected and repaired. Even though I got there during lunch, they accommodated me by staggering their lunch schedule. Problem was diagnosed, explained and my car was repaired quickly. Great service and value.
