As always, courteous, friendly and very good with explanations. Very happy to see Marks practice of letting me know what might be needed in the coming year to keep my car running. Friendly and positive experience at Easy Automotive! On a road trip, from Washington State, my car headlights started having trouble. This shop was able to get me an appointment, diagnose the trouble and repaired it, all in a very timely manner. I'm not familiar with typical cost for repairs in the Bay Area but it was comparable to what I'd have paid in WA. Very satisfied, would recommend.

Went to other shops for quotes on replacing the engine in my Subaru, and most of them came back with high prices, higher‑mileage replacement engines, and very limited warranty coverage. Easy Automotive was the complete opposite. They offered a fair quote, sourced a low‑mileage engine, and backed their work with a solid warranty. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and delivered work I can trust. Honestly thought I was going to have to sell my Subaru, but now I’m confident it’s going to run strong for a long time. I’m genuinely grateful for their honesty and professionalism, and I highly recommend them for any major repair.

I have been bringing my Honda to Easy Auto since 1997. Ive had a 1987, 2001 and now a 2018. I only buy Hondas because I can bring them to Easy Auto and I trust their expertise exclusively.
