Excellent!! I'm so happy with my service from Easy Automotive. They are so professional and honest. I took my truck in with what might have been a potentially expensive problem. But within an hour, they found that it was something very simple and only charged for 1/2 hour of work. Easy Automotive is my new mechanic.

Roman got me a timing belt replacement and a few other smaller repairs around Christmas for a wonderful price and quick service. Their shuttle service anywhere in Marin is great and they even programmed my radio to my favorite station somehow even though the manual is missing and I couldn't program it myself!

I was only living in San Rafael temporarily and was about to take the final drive back home to Los Angeles after a busy summer of commuting back and forth a few times. I realized very last minute that I was due for an oil change and struggled to find somewhere that would take me with only about a day's window. I had called another outfit and the woman who owns the shop was downright terrible and grumpy. I get it, totally my fault for forgetting and I had accepted many 'no's graciously (because it was totally my fault!), but she seemed intent on making me feel like shit. Thank you to Easy Automotive for doing no such thing! The staff was kind and friendly. They were very understanding and slipped me in suuuuper early one morning. I was greeted with kind smiles, quick efficient service, and an absolutely reasonable price. I also observed several regular customers enter to drop of their cars while I waited and people seemed to love their Easy Automotive. Great on you and thank you!

We've used Easy Auto for car repairs on our Hondas and Toyotas for 20 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Have complete confidence in them.

I went in for a last minute oil change and they fit me in right away. The staff was very nice and it took about 45 minutes. I had a coupon that i found in the blue coupon envelope that comes to the house every so often. The price was estimated to be about $50. I was pleased with my experience. The only part I was a but frustrated about was I guess I had a tail light out and they changed that without asking first it was only a $5 part but that type of business makes me nervous because what if it was a $50 part and they fixed in without asking? Maybe I'm jaded from past experiences with other mechanics. My price went from the $40 (with the coupon) back to the starting price of $50 (due to the light and more oil was needed) .

Happy to find this very clean and efficient repair shop in San Rafael. Looked these guys up in a bind with a sudden dead alternator and two kids that needed to be retrieved in two hours (far from home). Chose this shop because they were very courteous on the phone and gave me a fair price on the alternator and managed to get me in that day, AND very close to car rentals. They even have a driver available that can shuttle you to work or to your car rental. Everyone who works at this establishment was exceedingly polite and knowledgeable. I will certainly come back here again.

Easy Auto was recommended by a friend who is a long-time customer. Owners Mark & Debbie and their staff seem to make car repairs a less stressful experience. I was just about to start a new job with an hour and half commute each way. The suspension on my 2009 Toyota Highlander, with 130K miles on it, was feeling spongy and loose. Over the years my family has taken the car on a number of different terrains. So at this point it was a bit of a rough ride, which wasn't a bother just driving around town.
