I was only living in San Rafael temporarily and was about to take the final drive back home to Los Angeles after a busy summer of commuting back and forth a few times. I realized very last minute that I was due for an oil change and struggled to find somewhere that would take me with only about a day's window. I had called another outfit and the woman who owns the shop was downright terrible and grumpy. I get it, totally my fault for forgetting and I had accepted many 'no's graciously (because it was totally my fault!), but she seemed intent on making me feel like shit. Thank you to Easy Automotive for doing no such thing! The staff was kind and friendly. They were very understanding and slipped me in suuuuper early one morning. I was greeted with kind smiles, quick efficient service, and an absolutely reasonable price. I also observed several regular customers enter to drop of their cars while I waited and people seemed to love their Easy Automotive. Great on you and thank you!
