San Rafael Japanese Auto Repair

I've taken my 90s 4Runner to Easy Automotive for years. As always my last service repair was professional and good quality/value. I had developed some profuse dripping engine oil leaks which were difficult to pinpoint as there may have been several causes. However, they recommended starting with the oil leaks that were at the top of the engine followed by reinspection. This was a reasonable approach, and I'm glad to say it seems to have taken care of the dripping leak so far. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, If you haven't tried Easy Automotive yet don't hesitate. I'm certain your experience will echo mine. Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place came in SO clutch! I called in at 8:30AM just *hoping* that they'd have a slot available the same day to take a pre-purchase inspection. I was planning to drive up to San Rafael from San Jose to take a look at a car at Marin Imports (also highly recommendable) and spoke with Roman who was super nice and gave me an honest answer that it was 50/50 he'd be able to take the appointment that day. He advised me to call back at around 1PM to see if it were possible. I called back at around 1:30PM and they were available! I took the car over, they performed the inspection quite quickly (cost a bit shy of $150, took under 1h and gave a fair warning that it would take up to 1h, and might need it for 2h). The car was tops, they explained the analysis, and the gentleman there even took a look at the Carfax printout of the car and gave his personal opinion of the vehicle and of the dealership. I really appreciated how kind, honest, and pleasant everyone was! Ohhhh, if only they were local to me, they would DEFINITELY be my auto shop of choice.
