San Rafael Japanese Auto Repair

I think it was 2001 when Easy Automotive was recommended to care for my new Toyota. I have now been going to them, and have continued going to them under new management, for 22 years. They have kept me on the road, always with my safety in mind. They are knowledgeable, professional and the shop is immaculate, which, I think, demonstrates pride it what they do...They're the best automotive service, look no further. Call them.

Every person I encountered at my most recent visit was helpful and friendly. When I had questions about my car I was given detailed and easy to understand answers. Everyone at Easy Automotive just made my life a heck of a lot easier. I have an old Landcruiser and the brakes went out on a road trip—I needed to leave town in 48 hours. They assessed the car, fixed the problem, gave me an extremely fair price, and they were very communicative from start to finish. I may try to break down in San Rafael more often now.

everybody working here seems professional and competent. less expensive and easier to deal with than Marin Subaru.

First time taking a vehicle to Easy Automotive. Bought a Mazda 3 from a couple who have taken the car to EA for the life of the car. Got this car for my daughter and figured may as well take it to a mechanic that knows its history. They were easy to work with, schedule with and they understood that I wanted to make sure this car is safe and mechanically sound before sending kid off to college with it. For a very reasonable price, they serviced, inspected, fixed anything that needed fixing, and then smogged the car. I will continue to use them for everything with this car.
