Everyone at East Automotive just made my life a heck of a lot easier. I have an old Landcruiser and the brakes went out on a road trip—I needed to leave town in 48 hours. They assessed the car, fixed the problem, gave me an extremely fair price, and they were very communicative from start to finish. I may try to break down in San Rafael more often now.

First time taking a vehicle to Easy Automotive. Bought a Mazda 3 from a couple who have taken the car to EA for the life of the car. Got this car for my daughter and figured may as well take it to a mechanic that knows its history. They were easy to work with, schedule with and they understood that I wanted to make sure this car is safe and mechanically sound before sending kid off to college with it. For a very reasonable price, they serviced, inspected, fixed anything that needed fixing, and then smogged the car. I will continue to use them for everything with this car.
