I brought my 12 year old Toyota here for the first time today - I had taken the car for an oil change at Jiffy lube and they said I needed new breaks -- that I was at 2mm. I didn't think so. I've been wanting to find a go-to mechanic for both my Toyota and Lexus, so I thought I'd give them a try based on the plentiful good reviews on yelp. They gave my car a good look over and, lo and behold, my brakes are at 7mm. They were efficient, friendly, and honest. A rarity these days... They will get more of my business in the future.
