Very friendly and prompt service. Told me everything looked good except one thing needed replacement and would get back to me with a quote, but no hard sell to do it. Would definitely continue to check in with them first for repairs and service.

Just had our two cars serviced at Easy. We have been customers since the mid 1970s and always receive friendly, helpful and professional service.

My dad had complained of his car with a check engine light on and my dad thought they would be a good auto service mechanic because of a 10% discount from Triple A. Although they were prompt in servicing the car but they did not fix the issue. The diagnosed a fuel pump error charging $42 for diagnosis but the basic maintenance costed my dad $608.62 because my dad is 81 years old. Be careful if you don't know what you want them to do. They will rip you off just like that.

The guys at Easy let me know what my car needs, and how much it's going to cost to fix it, and don't try to talk me into anything I don't want to have done immediately. They help me prioritize what needs to be done first. With a car that is 15 years old, even though it's a high quality vehicle and worth fixing, this is an important conversation. They are fairly prompt and finish the work within a reasonable window of when they say it will be completed.

Fantastic but for the fact that they do not communicate very well by phone ???? They are a great group of individuals and they were prompt and very helpful EXCEPT for lack of phone contact I had to phone to get reports and updates not impressive otherwise 👍🏼Excellent and professional 👍🏼
