My car broke down in Point Reyes this past weekend because of an oil leak (the plug fell out completely) so I had to tow to their location after hours. They called promptly when they opened up to follow up on the issues. Stellar communication and customer service from both Alexandra and Roman. They not only replaced my oil drain plug, but they also identified some other things in my car they were able to fix very quickly. When I went to pick up my car, they were patient to answer all my questions related to the condition of my car, what may have caused the plug to fall out, and showing me the cracked serpentine belt that needed replacing. I highly recommend this place if you need you car getting looked at! They also have AAA discount :)
