I started out with A&A 23 years ago when I lived in Sausalito and then switched to Easy Automotive when I moved to San Rafael 6 years ago. Mike is the owner of both shops and both exhibit the same "personality": honesty, quality work and a willingness to work with the customer to make things right, and "on time". In all of these years I've never had an issue with Mike or his employees and I've always felt safe and well treated. Can't ask for more than that.

I was referred to Easy Automotive by another car specialist! They referred me here because they came highly recommended to work on my Lexus 460 GL! I must say I was very impressed with the front desk of Norm and Michelle! They are very organized and had me in and out in an hour as quoted! I have been a loyal customer since around 2011 for regular maintenance and have always had the best experience. I recently had major work done and Easy Automotive goes all the way to assure that the job is done right, and there is minimal to no inconvenience to the customer. I am very pleased.
