We brought our Prius in here due to a NextDoor post and we couldn't be more impressed with the honesty. Never in a million years have I had an mechanic send me away telling me I didn't need to do anything to the car! Has that ever happened to anyone else? In a world full of rip off auto mechanics (no offense - but come on...you know it's prevalent in this industry), it's so refreshing to find a mechanic that's honest. Such a basic concept but so rare to find. I had accidentally hit the bottom of the car carriage not once, but twice, in two different places in the same day. Then the car started to shake every time I turned it on for a week or two, and then check-engine light came on. Recently it stopped shaking when turned on and check-engine light went off but my husband wanted to get it checked out to be safe. They explained why they think all of this was happening. Recommended no servicing needs for now. AMAZING. Given the situation, they could have easily found something "wrong" with the car. Proof that they are honest. No better proof than this!
