I had a new problem crop up - my brake lights were on and wouldn't go off - and they took my car in immediately. Turned out to be a part that had fallen out of the brake mechanism. They fixed it immediately and for a very reasonable price and I was on my was in about 20 minutes. I got an appointment for servicing my car at a time that was convenient for me. I had to be a few minutes late, called, and they were fine with this. They gave me an estimate for the work, and said they'd call if there was anything additional or unusual. The only call was a suggestion to get new tires. The work was done on time and was within the rough amount that they'd predicted. The staff is friendly and competent.
