Went to other shops for quotes on replacing the engine in my Subaru, and most of them came back with high prices, higher‑mileage replacement engines, and very limited warranty coverage. Easy Automotive was the complete opposite. They offered a fair quote, sourced a low‑mileage engine, and backed their work with a solid warranty. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and delivered work I can trust. Honestly thought I was going to have to sell my Subaru, but now I’m confident it’s going to run strong for a long time. I’m genuinely grateful for their honesty and professionalism, and I highly recommend them for any major repair.

I have been bringing my Honda to Easy Auto since 1997. Ive had a 1987, 2001 and now a 2018. I only buy Hondas because I can bring them to Easy Auto and I trust their expertise exclusively. Easy Automotive is the BEST!!! 24 years ago, when I bought a used car, I had the good fortune to have Easy Automotive recommended to me. I bought a new Honda Civic in 2003. I continue to go there, with my 2003 Civic, for all my auto maintenance and repair needs. They have kept me safe, on the road, all these years, and continue to do so. I highly recommend them for their integrity, professionalism and personable approach to explaining what and why my car needs this or that, leaving me fully informed. The mechanics, who make the magic happen, are the BEST!!! The front office staff continues to give great customer service, when making an appointment, upon arrival to drop off the car, reviewing all that will be done to the car and the cost, and, if you need a ride back home, theyve got that covered, too. I noticed a leak on the underside of my car recently and had to do an emergency tow to Easy Automotive. I spoke with Sam and he was extremely helpful. He was on-hand when I arrived with the tow truck. The intake was quick and easy and he made detailed notes of everything I said. He assured me that his technicians would investigate quickly. Sure enough he called me the next day and let me know what they found. The issue turned out to be nothing i.e. what I thought was a leak was actually the flow from the AC condensation. Given that no repairs were performed, Sam charged me only half the price for the investigation. Payment was easy over the phone. The other good thing is that Easy Automative has lockers for keys for safe after-hours pickup. Some other shops will leave your keys on the tire or some such, and that always makes me anxious. Easy Automotive was truly easy in all respects!
