Easy Automotive certainly lives up to the name! I found myself one morning unable to start my car. After calling AAA and getting my car towed, within four hours Easy Automotive was instantly able to diagnose the issue and by 2pm I was able to pick up my car. They also provided transportation to and from my home which made the entire situation seamless and even stress free. I couldn't have asked for a better scenario. Thank you Easy Automotive!

Here’s a huge shout-out for Easy Automotive in San Rafael. My wife and I had a warranty problem with a certified three-year-old Toyota Hybrid Avalon we bought in Texas. The Texas dealer refused to pay to have the not-uncommon problem fixed, the San Rafael dealer refused and national Toyota refused. So we took the car to Easy Automotive, where it was fixed fast and at half the dealer-quoted price. We’re not the first to praise Easy Automotive – I used to sign their many winning Best of Marin certificates when my wife and I owned the Pacific Sun. They are still the best.

If you own Japanese cars especially, this is the place to go. They are very professional and honest. I've used their services for more than 10 years. I never feel like they push me to fix/replace anything that is not broken like many other dealers do. They did a great job and I highly recommended it.
